"I have been with Jamey Souths office for a few years now and recently saw my mom’s automobile insurance bill from another company. I was SHOCKED. I called Jamey South and worked with Brae - they were able to save my mom over $900 a year on her automobile insurance and with better coverage. A few weeks later I saw a homeowners insurance bill from the same company and I was again SHOCKED. Working with Brae they were able to get my mom the same coverage at a savings of over $2k a year. So with the auto and homeowners my mom is now gonna save close to $3k a YEAR. Brae was super helpful and knowledgeable - she went above and beyond to break down the new policies vs the old and worked to get the same coverage. Will definitely recommend this office and Brae in the future. To the manager at the office - you got a bunch of great workers on staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful! Brae is a gem - give that girl a raise!"

I received a call back quite a bit after hours from Brae with all of the information needed and everything pretty well handed over to the other person's insurance. To further this, I ended up using my own insurance for the property damage and once again had a conversation towards the end of the day, and Brae once again worked diligently to get everything to a good spot and had me ready to go into the shop and pick up a rental the following day.
